There’s nothing wrong with his strikeout rate right now…. so, I’m guessing it’ll be a while.

My thoughts exactly. I just hope they have a plan for him to get back to form, and he can have some confidence going into another ML shot at.

At some point the Reds need more rookies and/or guys returning from injury to prove themselves to be apart of the future rotation.

I hope they leave Reeds in the minors the rest of the year. He needs to learn to cut his fastball or throw a split. His fastball is just so, so straight.

Winker is hitting .339/.408/.435 in May. A slight increase in power, but still a sub .100 iso-power. Basically his power has been the same, except he has the 1 HR in May.

Joel Kuhnel had another impressive relief appearance last night coming in to take over for Cox with the game on the line and retiring the side with no damage..

Duke, wanted to let you know Dragons scoreboard radar is kinda screwed up. It will just flash randomly so the other night you were looking when it did not work, I must have looked when it did.

Former Stanford Cardinal, Alex Blandino gains an assist and a put out but goes 0 for 3 with a hit by pitch.

On base percentage falls to .380

Have to wonder if they are considering flip flopping Stephenson and Okey?

I can’t imagine they are. I don’t know what are going to do with Okey, but I just can’t see them promoting Tyler Stephenson at this point. He’s had about 8 healthy weeks worth of baseball played in Low-A between his two years.

I was thinking more about opening a spot for Okey who in addition to his struggles this year did not exactly excel in Dayton last year. They have had a tendency to push those first round picks so I thought Stephenson might get pushed.
