Nick Senzel left the Louisville Bats game in the bottom of the 1st inning on Friday night. He made a play in the field in the top of the inning that affected him. In the bottom of the inning he was pinch hit for to lead off things.

Here’s what the Cincinnati Reds had to say:

I guess there’s some good news in that it’s not related to the vertigo issues. But, the fact that he had an injury and had to leave the game is never good. I doubt we will get much more information than that for tonight, but if there is anything that comes out I will be sure to update this post.

Hate seeing a Injury or health problem either way thanks for update Doug.
Hope a minor injury not a break or fracture of any kind.

Wouldn’t have happened if he wasn’t in Louisville. I blame our inept gm.

Crossing fingers for Senzel. It’s time to put Finnegan in the bullpen. DFA Neal and bring up Mella to join the Bats rotation.

On the bright side, if he’s out a little bit with a sprained/broken finger,at least the Reds FO won’t have to keep talking about how they don’t have a position for him to play on the 2nd worst team in the NL.

Yea but they have the 3rd best offense in all of MLB

There infield is Ranked 3rd in offense not in overall offense.

Florida is out. Time to quickly sign India, Siani, Davis and Byrne and get them to short season teams.
