    Doug,

You typically post the number of pitches and number of strikes for the pitchers.
Just curious, is there an “ideal range” a pitcher should be in for percent strikes thrown….. (eg: 65 to 75%)?

I assume higher is better, but at the same time, you don’t want a pitcher throwing 100% strikes.

    thanks,

Why did they release Tyler Mondile from Dayton?

    • redlegs4ever

Wow they released him? Seems like his issue was a bigger deal than most thought. Any word on what went down Doug?

      • Brad

Much like Ian Kahaloa, you have to do something very stupid to get released from low minors ball with a semblance of talent.

      • redlegs4ever

You ain’t kidding. Speaking of Kahola I’m surprised he hasn’t latched on somewhere else yet. Anyone know if he’s playing independent ball or something?

Wonder if the Reds are running short of players with the addition of Greenville. The Dragons have added two players this week purchased from the Evansville Otters of the Independant Pioneer League, tonight’s starting pitcher Patrick McGuff and former teammate of Brendan McKay at U of L outfielder Logan Taylor/ Dragon roster a little lopsided with 4 infielders and 7 outfielders
