I think guys who project as possible #1 starters should be off the table, period. And I join Law in his unenthusiasm for Blanton. I'd consider a package beginning with Maloney, maybe one with Votto, but not one with Bailey, Cueto, or even Volquez. And Bruce is just flat out untouchable in my book.
