Right now I would go:
1.Bruce
2.Bailey
3.Cueto
4.Votto
5.Stubbs
6.Frazier
7.Duran
8.Mesoraco
9.Francisco
10.Roenicke
I personally think that Frazier is as good a bet as anybody outside of the fab 4 to have a solid .270-20-80 kind of career.

I don't think they would be honestly. Bailey has the best body of the three and his fastball is better than Cueto's in terms of speed and his curveball is better than any offspeed pitch Cueto has. It would still probably go Bruce, Bailey, Cueto, Votto - gap- Stubbs, Mesoraco, Frazier and then I don't really know where they would go.

As of right now, if a new top 10 prospect list was made by the reds, I bet Cueto and Volquez (if you think he's a prospect) would be ahead of Bailey. To me, it seems to be purely a control issue of some kind with him. Also, Homer, according to lots of reports, seems to be a little hard-headed sometimes. I hope he's listening a little more now and working on what he needs to work on. That's what the great ones do. I don't get the impression he always does that. Still, he's young, and I strongly believe believe he's going to be very good, very soon.
