It could, but I doubt its with Montano. If he had the stuff like Cueto, we would know about it.

Cueto did start out under the radar for awhile. Plus his stuff has improved even from last year.

Yeah, but it was known that he had a 93 MPH fastball and a good slider even when he was starting out in Dayton. The signs were there just waiting.
