Andrew Means, a centerfielder from Indiana University sounds like he has agreed to the terms of his contract according to the Indy Star. Means also plays football at IU and will return in August to play WR for his senior season. He expects to play baseball until that point for the Reds though.

With their 6th round draft pick the Reds select Alexander Buchholz, SS, Delaware.
Buchholz hit .319/.401/.515 for Delaware last year with 15 walks, 24 strikeouts and 19 extra base hits in 163 AB’s. He hit .387 as a sophomore and was the teams MVP. As a freshman he hit .378 with 18 HR.

Strengths - Throws 4 pitches including a plus splitter. 88-93 MPH with his FB.
Weaknesses - BA says he profiles as a middle reliever.

The Reds selected RHP Tyler Cline from Cass HS (GA) with their 4th round pick.
Seems that there is a lack of information going around on him. He was can throw his FB at least 90 MPH, stands at 6′3″ and 215 lbs. He throws a good changeup as well as a slurve type pitch.

Strengths - Mid to upper 90’s FB with good movement, above average slider and good command.
Weaknesses - Not a huge track record.
