I am taking a break until Monday from the Pitch F/X stuff. I have other stuff that I really need to get caught up on, so its going to take the backseat until Monday some time. Lets hope today and tomorrows games go better for the Reds than last nights did. Ben Sheets is real good, but he was only in the game for 5 innings and we still couldn’t cash in on our chances.

Are you accepting requests? Can we see Burton’s pitches to end at bats? I mean, I’d like to see all of his pitches, but if you could make a separate graph to show just the pitches that resulted in hits, outs, or walks, that would be cool.
And I know this might add too many layers of complexity, but if you could label the pitches by type (just use MLB’s determination, even if it’s still acting wacky). Maybe use shape to determine the event and color to determine pitch-type. If you are in excel, that’s probably not that easy, but I don’t know what you are using to graph.

Joel, I will go ahead and do that for tomorrow. I am downloading the weekends games right now. I had a ton to get caught up with this weekend and just finished about 2 hours ago.
