Back in the saddle

Today I got everything working again and had a chance to take a look at some data. It appears that the data from GABP is still being skewed by something, although the guys at Sportsvision aren’t quite sure if they have the issue figured out yet, but have made an adjustment. The have yet to play at home since then though, so time will tell.

I have broken down Aaron Harang and Johnny Cueto’s starts by Home/Road and just charted the movement that the pitches are getting according to the system. Here is what we are looking at when we do this:

As you can see in both charts, the GABP data appears that if it were moved a few inches to the left on the horizontal plane then it would match up with the road movement.

Sorry for taking so long to get something going on again with the site. I had some issues with my computer and getting the data. That took me about a week to get it working and then this weekend I was just swamped so I got very little done with either of the websites until tonight. I am open for ideas on what you want to see, but there are a few things I have in mind that I want to do, but if there is something you want to see let me know. I am always taking requests.
