Does Edwin Encarnacion struggle making contact with the offspeed stuff?

Yesterday I took a look at Brandon Phillips struggles on pitches as they got slower and slower. Today I did the same thing with Edwin Encarnacion. The results are not quite the same for the two players. Here is what Edwin did against different velocities of pitches:
