Hanawi July 6, 2018 Doug, might be too early for scouting from Arizona, but was curious if you heard anything about Luis Lopez, the SS from PR that the Reds drafted in the 33rd round. Seems to have gotten off to a decent start out there and there was no info on him from the draft. Charlie July 6, 2018 Ervin putting together a better stretch with the bat than I personally thought he was capable of at the AAA level. Someone seriously needs to tell the guy to stop trying to steal bases though. He’s really not good at it. Doug Gray July 6, 2018 This is the first season in his entire career that he hasn’t been extremely good at it. He should probably keep running, but figure out what exactly it is that’s different this year versus the past. Joe July 6, 2018 The one thing that really impresses me with Trammell is even on a bad nite hell usually gets on base atleast once . U hardly ever see him 0-5 and no wAlks redlegs4ever July 6, 2018 I don’t think Doug ever posts a player when he doesn’t get on base, but you’re right Trammell’s name seems to be up there a lot. I’ve had him ranked ahead of Senzel for a year and a half now, I’m glad people are starting to see why. The Duke July 6, 2018 Senzel is still #1 on my board, but I do have Trammell above Hunter Greene. Albeit, I think all 3 might be top 25 guys in baseball by the end of this year. MK July 6, 2018 Greene was the MILB June Pitcher of the Month for June. Jim t July 6, 2018 If the Reds go into the All star break with winning 5 of the 9 games would you be happy? The next 9 games are against the Cubs, Indians and Cards. Colorado Red July 6, 2018 based on who we are playing, on the read. It would be great. AirborneJayJay July 6, 2018 As long as it works out to taking 2 of 3 from the Cubs and Cards. Then 1 of 3 from Cleveland is fine. As long as the Reds make some trade connections in Cleveland while there. They just match up too well for the Reds to get one of Beiber or McKenzie from the Tribe. The Tribe is looking at Machado though. MK July 6, 2018 Aneurys Zabala made his Dragons debut last night. He threw as high as 101 mph. Offspeed stuff was 82 to 85 mph. There is a lack of consistency on movement of his fast ball . The home run against him was a fastball at 98 which was as straight as an arrow. Good sized young man.
