Nice ending for Ernesto Liberatore. Less than 40 at bats all year then has the walk-off winning hit in final game.

Before the game I was telling the guy that runs the Trackman system there that I hoped he homered today. After the game I said I was ok with the walk-off hit. Thrilled that a guy who got so little time this year gets to go out like that in 2019.

      MK and Doug-

In your opinion, should Liberatore have gotten more PT? What kind of player is he?

      • MK

Everyone should get playing time. It is like being on the reserve team of the high school basketball team. Everyone should play because you never know who will develop by the time they are seniors. Have not seen enough of him to have an opinion on what kind of player he is. With he, Schuyler. Lofstrom and Manzenaro the Dragons just had to many catchers

        Thanks, MK.

Maybe they’ll move a couple others up so he can start more next year.

According to CTrent, Sims is slated to get Wood’s start due to the later having a back flare up once again.

Congrats to AA for getting NL co-player of the month, as well as NL rookie of the month. Come on Aquino————– double down.
